During the off-season, we had the opportunity to reflect upon our growth since we started, and where we envision ourselves in the coming years in delivering unforgettable detailing experiences to our clients and the community at large. We have been greatly inspired by detailers, enthusiasts, content creators, and partners from all around the world and wish to take the best aspects of each and bring that to the city we call home. This iteration of SIGMA Auto Detail finalizes the foundation we have built and will propel us forward in an adventure of a lifetime. We have been eager to showcase this update with all of you and hope you will join us in our success in the months to come.
GENERAL

Company rebranding
Our original logo and slogan were amongst our first concepts designed when drafting our business and the service model. Since then, much has changed in how we wish to present our vision and values. With the launch of SIGMA [3.0], we wanted to treat this as our first major update that embraces our desire to constantly push ourselves and what we can deliver. Our new branding maintains many of the same elements as before - the incorporation of the Greek letter "Σ" as per our brand name and philosophy, the diamond to represent both our precision and resolve, and now a more fitting slogan to showcase our will to never settle and change the game. We look forward to the community seeing our brand across the GTHA. -
Address and hours updated
We have now included our location on our website, google business profile, and social pages rather than use our most immediate service area. Our business hours have also been reduced from a daily 12 Hr model to distinctive 8 Hr weekday and weekend variations. These changes are intended to better optimize operations for both our in-house and mobile services and also improve customer search results and service determinations. Clients are still welcome to request for a time slot outside our normal business hours in accordance to our availability, the weather, and services required. -
"PORTFOLIO" added
Seeing is believing, especially in the world of detailing. As we head towards media integration across our social platforms, we wanted to create a central hub that is easily accessible. Here you will find our recent projects and highlights that we have curated from our customer feedback and testimonials. -
"LOYALTY REWARDS" added
Clients can look forward to 5%-10% off their next appointment depending on eligibility. We intend for these offerings, in combination with more variety and flexibility amongst our service packages, to allow the customer experience to be more intentional and keep costs virtually unchanged, while rewarding those who become part of our community. Marketing and content creation
During many of our details, we have been privileged to meet members of the community who were curious about our work and have requested our contact information. Our team is proud to foster relationships with our clients and enthusiasts and as such we want to improve our public visibility. In the near future, you may see our brand signage and decals so you know when we are in your area. If you see our mobile hot hatch or our detailers at work, feel free to say hi and chat with us! You can also look forward to detail related before/after photos and video shorts coming soon as we shift gears to include content creation. We are eager to create more cinematic productions for a variety of vehicles at a later date.

Motorcycle detailing added
From the engineering and design language to the raw connection developed as a rider, motorcycles have always spawned intrigue and curiosity on the road. Detailing bikes is special a treat for us at SIGMA Auto Detail and we would like to help our local two and three-wheel pilots in showing off their prized pocket rockets come riding season. We will be offering two experimental packages for our motorcycles enthusiasts, [μ] MU and [μ.2] MU.2. Motorcycles are generally weather sealed and are easily maintained by most enthusiasts. With this in mind, we have designed [μ] MU to be an occasional maintenance and decontamination service to restore most bike surfaces from daily road elements while [μ.2] MU.2 is intended for further refinement and restoration by polishing and waxing. We are eager to see the reception for these services and anticipate these packages offerings to change with time, experience, and community feedback. -
Pricing and promotion changes
SIGMA takes great pride in the professional brands offered and we are continuously evaluating and updating our products to provide better value as a customer and improved user experience as detailers. With our recent changes to our service structures and itemizations, our pricing overall has increased a small percentage. We understand this is a significant change for our clients as our pricing as a premium detailer is on the higher end of the competitive average. To offset this increase, we are offering promotions as we enter our next phase. These adjustments will build a stronger foundation for us towards making exceptional quality improvements unique to our brand.

Rinseless Wash
Since our last update, the rinseless wash onboarded has demonstrated phenomenal performance for even the saltiest winter vehicles, both in terms of lubricity and cleaning ability which are essential to our [α] ALPHA and [ζ] ZETA exterior services. However, it did not synergize well with the application of our polymer and ceramic sealants for these packages which prolonged service times and consumed more product than desired. We have adopted an additional rinseless wash product that can be incorporated in our existing processes to combat these issues while improving luster and gloss. -
Citrus All Purpose Cleaner
Previously we were using a Non-Acid Wheel Gel to great success in removing browning or blooming from tires. and were impressed with its ease of use. This came at a significant financial cost and required oxidation time to render the product inert and safe for residential waterways. Our entire service suite now includes a Citrus APC to replace this role which has been promising in sharing similar performance while being dilutable, readily environmentally friendly, and more economical as a general use product. -
Snowfoam
Our sugar based alkaline snow foam continues to be an excellent eco-friendly product that can readily remove accumulated fallout, biofilms, and road salt. However, every car and motorcycle is unique and we wanted to offer a more neutral variant that can be used regularly for lightly soiled vehicles. Going forward, we will now include a pH 7 soap in our [α] ALPHA and [μ] MU exterior services that can be combined with our new Citrus APC to control the desired alkalinity in response to the task at hand. The soap is also highly concentrated and is incredibly slick, minimizing product use and environmental release despite even greater bioactivity.

Website overhaul
Our original website was functional, but did not fully optimize the user experience and did not offer a presentation that aligned with our initial vision. We have invested heavily into web development during the off-season and are proud of our latest web release. Users can look forward to as significantly improved interface that is simpler to navigate, displays more clear and concise content, and offers seamless transitions while remaining aesthetically bold and captivating on both desktop and mobile. Our latest update also puts us in a better position for an Android/IOS app release in the future. The most notable changes are as follows:
Home:
- Welcome page presentation simplified; now links directly to service packages and booking forms
- Additional pages and details added to encourage content exploration and to learn more about our company and services
Services:
- Formerly known as "Pricing"; now includes service packages and booking forms with general service descriptions being moved to Home page
- Selections changed to streamline user experience and ease service identification; options now comprise of vehicle classes "2 Door", "4 Door", "SUV", and "Oversized", followed by package categories "Complete", "Full", "Exterior", and "Interior"

- Booking form added and revised into sub-sections for ease of navigation; additional fees and business information included to focus form and service selections before submitting a request
- Booking calendar removed until future update due to known bug errors with form selections
- Persisting issues with service selection fields when booking, wherein the desired "Service Type" field is changed from "Full" to "Exterior" or "Interior", or changing from either of these back to "Complete" would hard lock the booking form, can now be resolved with a page refresh until a future update
Quotes:
- Header tab removed and replaced with a button to distinguish from other content categories
- Form reorganized into sub-sections for improved navigation while containing additional drop style fields to reduce input fatigue
S_TIER:
- Content reorganized and streamlined into more appropriate categories; education materials added and revised

Browser/WhatsApp chat functions replaced with Messenger
SIGMA believes in the ease of communication which unfortunately was not met with our previous browser integration as run via WhatsApp. We have found more success using Messenger as already connected with our Meta Suite which should enable more direct lines of communication 24/7. -
Caller ID and Voicemail fixed
Calls received by us will now be seen as “SIGMA Auto Detail” by default. We have also updated our voicemail to include contact instructions in the event we are unable to answer the phone. -
Google Business, VistaConnect, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube updated
All profiles and feeds have been updated with the most current business information and links.
